is definitely one of my favorite months this year. So many great moments, milestones, giggles, conversations, smiles, new adventures...and the list can go on. Life has been very full. D and I frequently talk about how much we need to surround ourselves with family, good friends, good food, good wine (ha-ha) ...things that make you happy. And so far, it has changed the way we do things, plan things, "get over" those "little things"... -- Life is just too precious.

One thing we did differently -- is have a lot of family time -- with all the family members; be it with Skype-ing, going to a wedding (family friends we grew up with) where all my San Diego relatives were at one table (minus my bro who is in the middle east), having them stay over for longer visits, lots of phone conversations -- and I absolutely love it!
