Project Life: Week 21 & 22 + Craft Room

I'm six months into this project and it's still going strong! As you see below, I will definitely need a new binder for months June - December. My routine/process seems to be consistent in the way I get my weeks prepared for when I create & fill the two pages. It's been working...I haven't had the need to change it up like I typically would if something isn't working. Not a good habit of mine; it tends to happen a lot with the daily responsibilities or with my weekly routine. ...I'm genuinely surprised with myself!

Scrapbook Thickness!! :)

Week 21:

His letter reads: "Uncle Jay, I love you. We miss you. I know you are very far away. Love, Joey"
After Joey's therapy session, I was thoroughly surprised to find this letter he wrote to my brother (he is in Afghanistan).  His therapist mentioned how he really wanted to write him a letter & draw him a picture. We were getting my brother's care package together so it was perfect timing.

Week 22:

This week was definitely one of my favorites! I blogged about the experience in yesterday's post and I love how D + I get in the kitchen and cook together, if not, me just helping him. Speaking of helping -- Joey had a lot of fun washing the car with me. It was his first time!! ...what kid doesn't love the idea of playing with soap and water and the hose and getting wet!?!

Didn't have a chance to share in my Project Life photos but I've been creating a lot around here! Remember how I wrote about how I need to change things up? This happens frequently with my craft room! ...especially when I'm in a creative rut! ...don't know why this is the case but it works. And since the change, I've made two travel mini books and still planning on making a couple more. We are in the midst of finalizing our Summer/Early Fall travel plans...and I'm definitely taking the Scrapbook on the Road concept with me.  ...I will share soon! Thanks for reading!

Your PL is stunning :) I already had to start PL #2 - heehee! I think next year I'm just going to buy the page protectors. I made a travel album of our DC trip a few days ago using all of PL's page protectors. Loved how it turned out. I'll share soon. You are really making me want those darn Ali Edward stamps that are now sold out at 2 peas. haahaa! I always love seeing your projects :)
