"Out of Commission"

This a peek into the last few days at home:

1. This happens 4 times a day! Here, he has a warm cloth over his eyes, then followed by a cool cloth. And then, lots of washing of hands! 

He's waving to the camera! :)

2. It's been the two of us the majority of the day; D has been working late. Lots of coloring & crafting going on here. Since I really can't scrapbook it's nice to create with art he's into.

3. There's also a lot of playing out scenes from the Cars Movie with his toys. Here he has the race track set up without the actual racetrack. Love his imagination!

4. We spend most of our days in the great room so, of course, I had to cover up the sofa... He calls it "the sick bed".

5. Gotta love antibiotics to help fight the infection. Taken four times a day and 3 hours apart for 5 days! Two more days to go! 

6. In another room, we have the Chuggington set-up with Thomas the Train accessories. He says "Thomas won't mind if we borrow his train tracks"...Ha-ha.

7. In his bedroom, well...there is his "town" and more Cars Movie themed set-ups...along with everything else that belongs in his toy closet. Lots to clean up, buddy!

8. I didn't realize how much laundry I would doing! I lost count (I think this was the 9th one?)...so many bedsheets & towels & clothes involved!

Can you say C-O-N-J-U-N-C-T-I-V-I-T-I-S?? 

Yep, it's Pinkeye! Never had it. D never had it. It's gross! Ha-ha. He is well-passed the contagious phase; thank goodness! We're hoping he'll be able to go back to school tomorrow. With only two weeks left of the school year, we don't want him to miss any of the end of the year events!
