Seriously Awesome!

I had to share... :)
PACE is Pacific Autism Center for Education. This is where Joey attended Special Day Preschool upon graduating from his early intervention program through SARC (San Andreas Regional Center) after turning three. Joey was enrolled in this program for two years and just recently graduated late August 2010.

We still keep in contact with his former teacher, Ashley. She'll actually schedule play-dates with him! Once, she took him to see Toy Story 3 at the theaters and another time, she came by for a few hours to hangout with Joey & play. They have an awesome relationship! Ashley has done so much with him & has helped him succeed in so many difficult challenges... She has definitely made it easier for us working with his challenges at home as well. We are very blessed to have her in our lives.

Time and time again, we will participate in charity golf tournaments or donations for the program's wish list. We are eternally grateful for this program...we like helping where we can, even though Joey has graduated.

In yesterday's mail we received the above brochure! Do you see who is on the cover? How awesome is that!!!! D and I were thoroughly surprised. We love it!! We love that photo of him... That photo was taken towards his exit date. And to think how far he as come?!! ...it is all in that smile!
